In short
Maspeth Squash is both a name visitors may search to find the Queens court and a route into steel-court project design. Those are different needs: booking the existing venue is not the same as procuring a new installation.

Considering Maspeth Squash? Start with your project.
Tell us the location, intended users and installation type. We can help you navigate supplier options, the project brief and next steps.
We will disclose any supplier-paid referral fee before making an introduction. Directory inclusion does not imply an agreement or endorsement.
Looking to play in Queens? The official site is the route to current booking arrangements, rather than Squash Dog. Visit Maspeth Squash for venue bookings.
Coverage note
The Queens history is first-party information; the SquashBridge opening is an architect's report. We have not independently tested the court surface or confirmed UK delivery capability. Inclusion is not a contractor recommendation, independent performance test or certification. Published offers can change; confirm availability for your site.
Where this offer may fit
Worth exploring for an outdoor steel-court project with a defined site and local professional team. Its published design approach is site-specific, so a photographed court should not be treated as a ready-to-install specification for another location.
- Published role
- Court systems: Steel outdoor squash courts and site-specific design.
- Delivery geography
- Originated in Queens, New York. Confirm delivery, installation and support for other locations.
The original Maspeth court
The company's story describes a collaboration involving Jeff Anschlowar of Maspeth Welding and Robert Gibralter, with the Queens steel court opening in June 2020. The site also provides a route to court bookings.

Design and proposal evidence
Maspeth describes working with Jacobschang Architecture on court projects. Its Chicago Beacon page is a conceptual proposal, not evidence of a completed Chicago installation.

A steel-court example with a later status
Antinozzi Associates reports that SquashBridge opened in November 2025 with indoor courts and an outdoor steel court. This updates the status of that facility; the architect's account alone does not establish every supplier's contractual role.

Decisions before choosing this route
These are Squash Dog's project questions, not additional supplier commitments.
- Venue search or project search?
- If you want to play at Maspeth, use the official booking route below. If you want a court elsewhere, prepare a site brief and ask about design, fabrication and local installation.
- A steel court is also a site project
- Check foundations, finishes, thermal conditions, drainage, lighting, nearby properties and access. A concept drawing is useful for discussing an idea, but not sufficient evidence of consent, cost or performance.
What to include in a quotation
Request a site-specific breakdown for design, fabrication, finishes, shipping, foundations, installation, lighting and handover. Treat architectural concepts as scope discussions, not fixed-price or approved projects.
No current project price has been independently verified here. Ask for a dated quote with assumptions, exclusions, installation programme and component-specific warranties. A product price alone is not a whole-project budget.
Questions to ask Maspeth Squash
- Which completed steel-court projects can we visit, and what was Maspeth's scope on each?
- Who will design and install the foundations and steel structure in our location?
- What coating, inspection and repair programme is required in our climate?
How Squash Dog can help
Tell us the location, users, installation type and whether the priority is a new court, a repair or better access to play. We can help organise a comparable brief, identify suitable conversations and keep the wider building and operating questions in view.
Use the relevant local professionals for engineering, consent, safety and formal specifications. We do not claim to certify installations or act as the court manufacturer.
Squash Dog can help you prepare the brief, compare suitable options and arrange introductions. If a supplier pays us a referral fee, we will explain that arrangement before the introduction. Inclusion here does not imply a commercial agreement, and payment does not determine the directory order.
