This notice applies when you visit squash.dog, contact Squash Dog, submit a correction or source, discuss a facility or participation project, or communicate with Fagan Consulting Limited about Squash Dog.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, location, relationship to squash, enquiry type, message and related correspondence. With consent, we may also collect website usage, device and approximate location information through Google Analytics and HubSpot. HubSpot website analytics uses the same Fagan Consulting Limited account and may associate visits with an existing contact. Accepting analytics does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Security and delivery logs may be generated by our hosting and technology suppliers.

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, review contributions, maintain relevant relationships, operate and secure the website, improve content and comply with legal obligations. Our lawful bases may include legitimate interests, steps taken at your request, contract, consent and legal obligation, depending on the context.

The enquiry form is provided through the Fagan Consulting Limited HubSpot account. HubSpot stores the form submission and may match it to an existing contact using the email address supplied. Squash Dog enquiries are identified by their form and submission source. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing unless you separately give consent.

When you submit the community form or continue to payment, we collect your email address, first name, surname and explicit Yes or No choice for Fagan Consulting Limited marketing emails, including Squash Dog. We save these in Convex with the submission source, date and consent wording, then send them to HubSpot. Squash Dog is a trading style of Fagan Consulting Limited and uses the same HubSpot account and Marketing Information subscription. We match contacts by email and identify records created through squash.dog, their first submission date, initial payment-request status and marketing choice. This happens even if you leave checkout without paying. Your choice applies to the shared Marketing Information subscription: choosing No unsubscribes you from these Fagan Consulting Limited marketing emails, including Squash Dog. A payment is never consent to marketing. Prior opt-outs may require you to resubscribe using your existing email preferences link. You can unsubscribe at any time or contact us to update your details.

When payments are available, GoCardless collects the personal and bank details needed to arrange them on its hosted pages under its own privacy notice. Squash Dog stores the chosen amount, currency, frequency, a random reference, provider resource identifiers and payment-status events in Convex to operate and reconcile your support. Bank details are not entered into or stored by the Squash Dog form. Fagan Consulting Limited can access payer information in its GoCardless account to administer payments and respond to queries. Paying does not subscribe you to email updates or publish your identity.

The Google tag is present with analytics storage denied by default. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures page use, scrolling, outbound links and downloads. Advertising storage, advertising user data, signals and personalisation remain disabled.

We may share personal data with reputable suppliers used for hosting, form handling, customer relationship management, email, analytics and security, and with professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement where necessary. We do not sell personal data.

Some technology suppliers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, Fagan Consulting Limited uses appropriate safeguards, such as UK-approved transfer mechanisms and contractual protections.
