A Let’s Bounce community project
A Let’s Bounce community squash project for Brent Cross Cricklewood in the London Borough of Barnet, aligned with Barnet’s published plans for parks, active travel, community and leisure facilities, sport and play.
The opportunity
Make squash easy to see, try and keep playing as a new part of north London takes shape. We invite local residents, schools, community groups, clubs, disabled participants and businesses to help shape the participation pathway, from welcoming first experiences and inclusive, adapted play to regular local activity.
Barnet Council’s published Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration programme sets out a new park town with homes and jobs, 50 acres of parks and playing fields, community and leisure facilities, improved walking and cycling connections, and sport and play ranging from tennis and football to bouldering, parkour and BMX. Let’s Bounce brings visible, welcoming squash into that picture of an active, connected neighbourhood.
We want to hear from people who may not already play, alongside existing coaches and clubs. New activity should complement local provision and valued public space.

Help shape the next step
Schools, community groups, clubs and businesses can help us understand what people need and how a first activity could work.
You can share feedback, discuss possible involvement, suggest a host or explore sponsorship. An expression of interest helps shape the conversation; it does not commit you or your organisation to a programme.
Tell us about your school, your priorities and the sort of involvement you would like to discuss.
