Explore schools and communitiesLet’s Bounce: Brent
An exploratory community squash project in Brent, inviting schools, clubs and local organisations to help shape a possible participation pilot.
No site, funding or delivery agreement is confirmed. Organisation engagement is an early conversation, not an endorsement or agreed partnership.
The opportunity
Make it easier for people in Brent to discover squash, try a suitable format and find a reason to return. We are exploring how visible outdoor activity could complement local clubs and community provision.
Brent’s Borough Plan provides the local context for conversations about an active, inclusive community. The council has invited an initial exploratory discussion about temporary provision, accessibility, operation and evidence of demand. Scheduling is under way; no exact meeting, site, funding or delivery agreement is confirmed.
We want to hear from people who may not already play, alongside existing coaches and clubs. New activity should complement local provision and valued public space.

Explore schools and communitiesRight Ball Squash, singles, suitable social doubles and Squash 57, with a practical onward route into local clubs and regular activity.
Explore play that keeps goingDisabled participants should help shape the journey, facilities and adapted programme. Court suitability and support need practical review.
Explore access from the startThese are options to shape locally, not an available timetable. Facilities and formats remain supplier-neutral and subject to suitability, safety and operating resources.
Dated progress
Brent said its earliest availability would be the week commencing 2 November. We have asked for suitable dates and times. No meeting, site, funding or delivery is confirmed.
Brent has renewed its invitation to discuss temporary squash facilities, accessibility, operating arrangements and evidence of demand. The discussion will need to fit the borough’s wider sports and leisure planning. A date and any further commitments remain to be agreed.
Brent invited an initial outline and further discussion. We have shared the outline and are exploring how a possible pilot could relate to local needs and existing provision.
Help shape the next step
Schools, community groups, clubs and businesses can help us understand what people need and how a first activity could work.
You can share feedback, discuss possible involvement, suggest a host or explore sponsorship. An expression of interest helps shape the conversation; it does not commit you or your organisation to a programme.
Tell us about your school, your priorities and the sort of involvement you would like to discuss.
