What Squash Dog assesses
- Court distinction: condition, materials, lighting, viewing, setting and design.
- Playing credibility: dimensions, surface, maintenance, equipment, coaching and evidence of meaningful use.
- Place: architecture, heritage, landscape, destination or cultural significance.
- Access and service: who can play, how to book, cost, equipment, changing and accessibility information.
- Originality: why the court rewards a journey or teaches the wider game something useful.
- Evidence: current first-party confirmation, court-specific facts and usable image rights.
Access belongs in the story
A beautiful private court and a visible public court can both be remarkable, but visitors need to know the difference. Every feature should say who can play, whether membership or a hotel stay is required, how booking works and which facts remain unverified.
Where possible, a destination story should also connect to a nearby publicly accessible place, beginner opportunity or local squash organisation.
