Connecting visible outdoor squash with welcoming local activity across the Americas. This regional project brings together country discussions, community priorities and learning from existing courts.
No site, funding or delivery agreement is confirmed. Organisation engagement is an early conversation, not an endorsement or agreed partnership.
The opportunity
A first rally. A reason to return.
Help more people discover squash and find a reason to keep playing. Hello, Squash provides welcoming introductions; Let’s Bounce explores accessible outdoor places with local coaching, schools and community programming.
Regional discussion, local delivery
Early dialogue with Panam Sports provides a route to explore regional priorities and potential introductions. Panam Squash is the separate continental squash body. Country projects retain their own local relationships, evidence and decisions; regional interest does not establish support for them.
Any pilot needs a selected country or territory, a specific community, local hosts and a delivery team. The regional discussion does not establish operations across the region.
Local priorities, practical proposals
How squash could contribute
Local priorities first
Build on existing country conversations and invite schools, clubs, women and girls, disabled participants and community organisations to shape what would be useful. A regional conversation should help local delivery, not prescribe a uniform rollout.
Explore coach, volunteer and organiser development alongside the practical work of finding visible, accessible places. Potential introductions and training routes remain proposals to discuss with the relevant organisations.
These are options to shape locally, not an available timetable. Facilities and formats remain supplier-neutral and subject to suitability, safety and operating resources.
Dated progress
The discussion so far
Connecting the Americas
A regional project now connects existing country discussions and learning from independently delivered outdoor courts. The next step is to explore participation priorities and useful introductions; no regional rollout or partnership is agreed.
Country discussions and local projects
Each project keeps its own stage, relationships and local decisions. Regional interest does not imply support for every country or site.
Exploratory project · Early discussions
Let’s Bounce: Brazil
An early discussion with Confederação Brasileira de Squash about outdoor courts, community participation and learning from existing experience.
Explore what could help people move from a school introduction to regular squash in Jamaica. A 2026 girls’ school activation offers a starting point for local learning; no Let’s Bounce site, host or delivery arrangement is established.
A community squash initiative that developed open-air concrete courts and youth programmes in El Salvador, including a reported four-court facility in the San Salvador area.
Schools, community groups, clubs and businesses can help us understand what people need and how a first activity could work.
You can share feedback, discuss possible involvement, suggest a host or explore sponsorship. An expression of interest helps shape the conversation; it does not commit you or your organisation to a programme.

Business and delivery
Support a useful programme
Businesses can explore funded access, equipment, coaching or practical expertise. We will develop a costed proposal around community priorities and continuing participation, with capital and running costs considered separately.
Squash Dog is operated by Fagan Consulting Limited, a commercial company. No project-specific fund or sponsorship package is agreed on this page.
